My Approach
Supportive
I help beginning to advanced students of all ages (age 4+) become self-sufficient and confident pianists. My ultimate goal is for my students to be able to figure out any piece of music on their own, and be able to express themselves through the artistry of piano.
Comprehensive
As a classically-trained pianist, I understand the value of being a well-rounded musician. I strive to give my students a comprehensive education in score reading, musicianship, technique, theory, and music history, all with the aim of aiding them find their own expressivity.
